Our konjac fried rice recipe with shredded beef it’s ready in under 20 minutes. It’s super low carb and keto friendly.

This tasty dish features our delicious Low Carb Asian Style Shredded Beef. It’s a great base dish to keep in the freezer so you can whip up this konjac fried rice and many others in a pinch.
The recipe makes two generous serves.
Ingredients for Konjac Fried Rice
- 1 packet of Konjac Rice
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 Red Chili
- ½ teaspoon of Chinese Five Spice
- 3 tablespoons of Scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 ounces (1 serve) of Asian Shredded Beef you can replace with chicken, pork, or leave it out.
- 2 tablespoons of Tamari Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 2 teaspoons of Sesame Seeds, toasted

How To Make Konjac Fried Rice
- Place the konjac rice in a colander and place it in the sink under hot water for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the water and leave the rice to drain.
- Place a wok or large non-stick frying pan over high heat.
- Add the sesame oil, garlic, chili, and five spice and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the scallions and mushrooms and saute for another 3 minutes.
- Add Low Carb Asian Shredded Beef and combine with the other ingredients and saute for 3 minutes, until heated through.
- Add the drained konjac rice & tamari and stir well.
- Push the ingredients towards the edges of the pan, leaving a space in the center. Crack the egg into the center of the pan and scrambled slightly. Slowly mix the other ingredients into the egg until the egg is cooked through.
- Add the pepper and stir well.
- Remove from the heat and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
