  1. These cookies are amazing. I have wasted $ and time making keto recipes that don’t work or taste terrible. Its a frustrating part of starting keto. These… are the exception! Wondering if i can use peanut butter? I live in Africa and macadamia nuts are expensive. I know it will change the carb count but assume it will work? Thanks so much for helping find a good keto cookie!

  3. Dear Gerri,

I made these cookies using almond spread (Macro brand – Australia) as I didn’t have any macadamia nut butter.

I had to get on to your site after making them to say that I can’t thank you enough for these cookies — they are so good, even they are so low in carbs and sugar.

I put them in a plastic container on the counter and the next day when I had two they were so delicious and chewy …. again thank you so much for your recipe and the time you take to give us these recipes.
