  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Combine and freeze: Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg yolk mixture until combined. Spoon the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, cover, and freeze for 4-6 hours.

  • ½ cup Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 ¾ cups Heavy Cream
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 2 teaspoons Vodka optional

Instructions

  • Place the syrup into a small saucepan and place over low heat. Heat until just warmed through, but still cool enough that you could dip your finger in without burning.
