It’s important to note that your boneless pork chops will need to be around ½ an inch thick to be cooked through without burning. We recommend pounding your chops with a meat tenderizer if they are too thick.
For the parmesan cheese; you will need to purchase the pre-shredded kind. Freshly grated parmesan is not suitable for this recipe.

Pork chops were moist with a nice crust. I used about 3 oz. Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese in place of Shredded Parmesan Cheese and black pepper in place of white pepper as these were what I had on hand. Cooking directions are straight-foward and easy to follow. Served with sauteed yellow squash and cheesy broccoli.
