These keto portobello stuffed mushroom pizzas are easy and ready in 10 minutes, perfect for a quick and healthy low-carb lunch, dinner, or keto snack.

We made our mini pepperoni using a small round cutter on larger slices of pepperoni.
This Pizza Stuffed Mushroom recipe makes two servings. One serve is three mushroom pizzas.
Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients

- 6 Portobello Mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 clove of Garlic, crushed
- ⅓ cup of Marinara Sauce (or store-bought if you don’t care about being low-carb)
- 1 ½ cups of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 ounces of Pepperoni
- 3 teaspoons of Italian Herb Mix
How to Make Pizza Stuff Mushrooms

- Preheat oven to 220C/430F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Gently remove the stalks from the mushrooms and discard them.
- Mix the oil and garlic, and brush onto both sides of the mushroom. Place the mushrooms gill side up on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Evenly spread the marinara sauce over each mushroom, top with the cheese and pepperoni, and sprinkle over the herb mix.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and is starting to brown.
- Serve immediately.
