Sheet Pan Ranch Pork Chops Ingredients
- 1 pound of Green Beans, trimmed
- 1 pound of Radishes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of Ranch Spice Mix
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 x 7 ounce of Pork Chops, bone-in
- Fresh Parsley, to serve
How to Make Ranch Pork Chops
- Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
- Place the beans, radishes, oil, garlic, and half the ranch spice mix into a mixing bowl, with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto a large sheet pan. Spread out leaving spaces for pork chops.
- Place the pork chops into the spaces and sprinkle with the remaining ranch spice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through, then broil/grill for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
