  • 8 ounces of Roast Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • ⅓ cup of Low Carb Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of Scallions, sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Hot Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of White Pepper, ground
  • 8 x 4in sticks of Celery
  • 2 tablespoons of Keto Blue Cheese Dressing

How to Make Spicy Stuffed Celery

  1. Place all ingredients, except the celery and blue cheese dressing, into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Spoon the mixture evenly between the celery sticks.
  3. Drizzle over the blue cheese dressing.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
