- 1/3 cup of Xylitol
- ¼ cup of Rice Wine Vinegar (unseasoned)
- 1/2 cup of Water
- 3 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Tamari Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Fish Sauce
- ½-1 teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
- ⅛ teaspoon of Xanthan Gum
How to Make Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce
- Place all ingredients, except xanthan gum, into a small saucepan over high heat.
- Bring to the boil then whisk in the xanthan gum. Boil for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Once cool, pour into a jar and store in the fridge.
