  • 2 scoops MCT powder
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2-3 teaspoons Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
  • pinch cayenne
  • pinch black pepper
