Ingredients
2poundsCauliflower1 large head
¼cupOlive Oil
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPeppercracked
½teaspoonGarlic Powder
2ouncesParmesan Cheesefinely shredded
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 220C/425F.
Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
2 pounds Cauliflower
Add the oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
¼ cup Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Pepper, ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
Place on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 minutes, then turn the cauliflower over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
2 ounces Parmesan Cheese
Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
