roughly chopped

Romaine Lettuce
washed and drained well

Parmesan Cheese
shaved

Instructions
Place the eggs into a small saucepan with hot tap water and place over high heat. Once bubbles appear, set a timer for 12 minutes.
4 large Eggs
Once the eggs are cooked, place under cold water to cool for 10 minutes. Peel and set aside.
Place the bacon into a frying pan over high heat and cook until crispy. Drain the excess fat and set aside.
5 ounces Bacon
Tear the lettuce into small to medium pieces and place in your serving bowl.
1 large Romaine Lettuce
Sprinkle the parmesan, croutons, bacon, and anchovies over the lettuce.
2 ounces Parmesan Cheese,
2 servings Keto Croutons,
4 Anchovies
Cut the boiled eggs in half and add to the salad.
Drizzle over the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to mix the flavors.
