Instructions
Preheat oven to 190C/390F.
Cut the bread into large cubes and add to a casserole dish.
In bowl, add the eggs, cream, almond milk, sukrin gold, vanilla, and cinnamon. Whisk together.
Pour the mixture over the cubed bread and press down with a spoon so that the bread soaks up the liquid.
In another bowl, add the topping ingredients together and pour over the casserole dish.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, until the centre of the casserole only jiggles slightly when moved.
Cut into 8 slices and serve drizzled with Sugar-Free Maple Syrup and a side of Keto Whipped Cream, if you’re feeling fancy.
