Ingredients
6Chicken Thighsbone in skin on
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonWhite Pepperground
4ouncesSalted Butter
6clovesGarliccrushed
1tablespoonRosemarychopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon White Pepper
Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Add 2 teaspoons of butter to the pan and brown the chicken thighs. Place the chicken into a casserole dish and set aside.
4 ounces Salted Butter, 6 Chicken Thighs
Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining butter, garlic and rosemary. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until fragrant.
6 cloves Garlic, 1 tablespoon Rosemary
Pour the butter over the chicken.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken drizzled with a little of the butter and with a side of Cauliflower Mash.
Notes
STORING: You can store garlic chicken thighs in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
