This delicious Keto Beef Gravy recipe is super easy to make! It’s a rich, buttery gravy that goes perfectly with Roast Turkey, Pork Chops, and Meatloaf.
Add the beef stock, cream, and butter to a saucepan and place over high heat.
2 cups Beef Stock, ½ cup Heavy Cream, ¼ cup Butter
Bring to a simmer and sprinkle over the xanthan gum, whisk well.
½ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
Continue to simmer until the gravy is a medium brown color and coats the back of a spoon. Add salt to taste.

STORING: Store leftover keto gravy in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. It is not recommended to freeze gravy, as the texture may change upon thawing.
