Ingredients

Cucumber

Instructions
Halve the cucumber and cut into slices, add to a large mixing bowl.
1 Cucumber
Deseed and dice the peppers and add to the bowl.
1 Red Pepper,
1 Green Pepper
Thinly slice the red onion and add to the bowl.
½ Red Onion
Dice the feta cheese and add to the bowl.
4 ounces Feta Cheese
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives,
¼ cup Olive Oil,
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar,
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano,
¼ teaspoon Salt,
Pinch Black Pepper
Serve immediately.

STORING:
Store keto Greek salad in the fridge for up to 3 days. This recipe is not suitable for freezing.
