Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Add the oil, garlic, and onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
1 tablespoon Olive Oil,
4 cloves Garlic,
1 sml Onion
Add the herbs, salt, and pepper, and saute for another minute before adding the ground beef and mushrooms. Cook, breaking up, until browned.
2 tablespoons Italian Herbs,
1 ½ teaspoon Salt,
1 teaspoon Black Pepper,
1 pound Ground Beef,
2 cups Mushrooms
Stir through the cauliflower rice and cook through.
1 pound Cauliflower Rice
Add the sour cream and mix well. Bring to simmer.
Stir through the spinach and sour cream.
2 cups Baby Spinach,
½ cup Sour Cream
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, top with the cheddar.
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
