Ingredients
1 1/2cupsUnsweetened Almond Milk
4ShotsCoffeeEspresso or Instant
6tbspHeavy Cream
2scoopsMCT Powder
4tspVanilla Essence
4tspSwerveOr sweeten with your favorite sweetener to taste
Add four shots of Espresso Coffee (or instant if that's all you have)
Add four tablespoons of Heavy Cream
Add two teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
Add two teaspoons of Swerve
Stir the ingredients and then bend with a stick blender being careful not to spray the ingredients (pulse maybe better depending on your stick blender) until the MCT powder has been blended through. Leave to stay hot, do not boil
In a separate saucepan add half of a glass of Almond Milk
Add two tablespoons of Heavy Cream
Add two teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
Add two teaspoons of Swerve
Blend the contents with a stick blender until frothy
Take the hot ingredients from the first saucepan and divide between two glasses or coffee mugs (they should be 3/4 full)
