Instructions
Place all the ingredients, except the olive oil, into a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
14 ounces Ground Beef,
14 ounces Ground Pork,
1 small Onion,
1 clove Garlic,
1 large Egg,
½ cup Pork Rinds,
⅓ cup Parsley,
1 tablespoons Dried Mint,
2 teaspoons Cinnamon,
1 teaspoon Salt,
½ teaspoon Pepper
Take 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture at a time and roll into meatballs.
Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat, add the oil.
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Cook the meatballs in batches, as to avoid over crowding the pan, until browned and cooked through.
Serve with Keto Garlic Sauce.

STORING:
Store meatballs in the fridge for up to four days or freeze for up to three months.
