Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and add the cubed bread. Toast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
½ a loaf Keto Bread
While the bread is toasting, place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat and add the butter, onion, and celery. Saute for 10 minutes, or until tender. Pour into a large bowl.
4 ounces Butter, 1 small Onion, 2 Celery Sticks
Use the same frying pan to brown the sausage, then add to the bowl.
8 ounces Beef Sausage
Add the toasted bread to the bowl, along with the salt, pepper, rosemary, and stock.
1 teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Pepper, 2 tablespoons Rosemary Leaves, ½ cup Chicken Stock
Mix well then pour into a casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
