These Keto Sloppy Joes are the perfect balance of sweet, salty and tangy. They are a classic American comfort food and the ground beef mixture is easy on the budget.
Place a large saucepan over high heat and add the oil, onion and salt. Saute for 3-5 minutes until the onion has turned translucent.

Add the ground beef saute while breaking up, until browned.

Add the remaining ingredients (except the buns and cheddar) and mix well.
1 small Red Pepper, 7 ounces Tomato Passata, ¼ cup Sugar-Free Tomato Ketchup, 1 ½ tablespoon Sukrin Gold, 1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce, 1 ½ tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar, 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder, ½ teaspoon Pepper
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until it is thick and saucy.
Serve on a toasted Keto Burger Bun, topped with cheddar cheese.
