Instructions
Preheat oven to 175C/350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the nuts and seeds into a large bowl, add the salt, spices, pepper and olive oil. Mix well.
5 ounces Almonds,
5 ounces Macadamia Nuts,
3 ounces Pepitas,
2 ounces Pecan Nuts,
1 teaspoon Salt,
½ teaspoon Paprika,
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder,
¼ teaspoon White Pepper,
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Spread the nut mixture evenly over the cookie sheet.
Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5-8 minutes, until the nuts are lightly browned and crunchy.
Leave to cool completely.
